# Introducing *Revvly*.

It starts as subscription management built on one stubborn principle: *low price, high power.* And it stays that way as it grows.

A few years into building [AcceleratorApp](https://acceleratorapp.co), I ran into a problem that had nothing to do with my actual product. I needed to manage our own subscriptions and revenue, invoicing, billing, payments, the money side of running a SaaS business, and I couldn't find software that fit.

The dedicated tools felt like a lot, expensive for what they actually did, especially next to everything else we were already paying for. And the job looked simple enough to just run in a Google Sheet. So that's what we did. Then the sheet grew, the edge cases piled up, and I was losing hours every month to work that should have taken minutes.

And the busywork was only half the problem. What I really wanted was to see where revenue was heading, and nothing I tried could actually tell me. They forecast off the top line alone: take this month's number, draw a straight line forward. None of them reached into the data that actually moves revenue, how people use the product, which accounts are cooling off, what the pipeline is really saying. The forecast looked confident and meant almost nothing.

> That gap is why we built Revvly.

Revvly is a new product from the [AcceleratorApp](https://acceleratorapp.co) team. It starts as a subscription management system, invoicing, billing, payments, built on one stubborn principle: **low price, high power.** And it stays that way as it grows.

## Where it's going

Most software gets more expensive the more useful it becomes. Revvly is built to do the opposite. It begins with subscription management and stays affordable as it grows into something far bigger.

Here's the direction. Right now your revenue story is scattered across tools that don't talk to each other: subscription data in one place, product usage in another, sales activity in a third. To understand what's actually happening you stitch exports together by hand. Revvly pulls those together into a single picture, what people pay, how they actually use the product, where revenue is moving and why, and from all of it, where it's actually heading next.

Once that picture lives in one place, AI agents can work on top of it. Not another dashboard to read, agents that surface the insight you'd never have dug for, flag the account about to churn before it does, and handle the routine outreach and busywork on their own. That's the product we're building toward: a revenue system that understands your business well enough to act on it.

## How we get there

We're not bolting a chat box onto a dashboard and calling it AI. We're building real software first, the billing, the data, the day-to-day tools an operator actually uses, and building it so that every one of those actions can be run by an agent, not just a person.

That order matters. An agent is only as capable as the software underneath it. Give it a chat window and it can talk; give it a real product with real controls and it can do the work. So we're earning the autonomy one step at a time: solid, classic software, made fully operable by agents, with the agents taking on more as the foundation gets stronger.

The destination is a Chief Revenue Officer in agent form, an agent that owns the whole revenue picture the way a great CRO would. It catches the failed payment, sends the renewal nudge, opens the upsell conversation, flags the account worth a call, and tells you where revenue is actually heading before the quarter closes. Not someday-in-theory autonomy, but built up piece by piece, on software that was designed to be driven by an agent from day one.

## On price

Revvly stays priced where founders can actually live with it. As it gets smarter, as the data comes together and the agents do more, the value goes up, but the price stays honest. We're a value player and we intend to stay one. That's a promise, not a launch discount.

## Built for however you make money

The other thing most billing tools got wrong: they assume you charge one way.

Real businesses don't. You might run a monthly subscription, charge per token, per API call, on commission, on GMV, a flat rate, a staircase rate, or some mix of all of them. Revvly handles those today, and it's built so that when your model changes (it will), you don't have to change your tools.

That's the part I'm most proud of. We didn't build for the business model of 2026. We built for the fact that business models don't sit still anymore.

## What's next

Revvly isn't open to everyone yet. We're rolling it out deliberately, to people who feel the same gap we did.

If you've ever looked at your billing stack and thought *this costs too much and does too little*, [get on the list](https://www.revvly.ai/early-access). We'll let you know the moment it's available to you.
