CRM

# Pipeline

The ordered set of stages a lead moves through — your sales process, as a board.

## Overview

A Pipeline is your sales process written down as an ordered list of Stages. Every CRM workspace starts with a default 'Sales Pipeline' — New → Qualified → Proposal → Won / Lost — which you can rename, recolor, reorder, or extend. Each stage has a kind (Open, Won, or Lost) that decides what a lead landing there becomes; the display name is yours, the kind is what drives status. You can archive a stage and move its leads elsewhere without losing history, and a workspace can run more than one pipeline with one marked as the default new leads land on. Viewed as a board, each stage is a column of lead cards you drag between.
