# Region

A geographic market you sell into, with its own currency.

## Overview

Think of a Region as a market — United States, Europe, Brazil. Each one has a default currency and a list of supported currencies. Clients are assigned to a Region, which sets their default billing currency. Variable Component Prices can also target a region indirectly, through the bundle or module they're scoped to.
