Custom Pricing Agreement
A negotiated per-customer override for a single Variable Component.
Overview
When you negotiate a private deal with one customer — discounted seats, custom commission rate, bespoke tier breakpoints — you write a Custom Pricing Agreement. It targets one customer and one Variable Component, declares which pricing axes it overrides (unit price, tiers, included units, proration, billing timing, currency, …), and takes effect at that customer's next renewal once Published. Drafts are editable; Published agreements are immutable until you Revoke or let them expire.
