Lifecycle Event
An immutable record of every revenue-moving moment.
Overview
Every time something revenue-moving happens — a subscription is created, renewed, expanded, contracted, cancelled, or churned — Revvly writes a Lifecycle Event. These events are the source of truth for MRR, ARR, NRR, and churn analytics; subscription status alone is not used for those metrics. They're append-only: corrections go in as new events, never as overwrites. Each event stamps both the native-currency delta and the reporting-currency delta, so FX shifts don't rewrite history.
