Client

Your customer — the company you're selling to.

Overview

A Client is a subscription customer — the company you're billing. Every Client belongs to one Region, which sets their default currency. They can hold multiple active Subscriptions, contracts, contacts, and a hybrid feature-flag profile (flags derived from the bundle/module versions their subscription pins, plus any manual overrides). Where the CRM is enabled, a Client is the final stage of a relationship funnel — Company, then a Lead you're in conversation with, then Client — and carries a lifecycle stage, an account owner, and the source it came from. A record only becomes a Client by converting a won Lead; it can never be set to Client by hand and never regresses to an earlier stage. The Clients list and every revenue metric show Client-stage organizations only, so prospects and open leads never inflate your customer count or MRR.
